Thank you for taking the time to participate in The Pa Pa Podcast! We appreciate your time and would like to provide you a summary of what to expect, our process and answer any questions you may have leading up to show day!

ZOOM

The Pa Pa Podcast records in Zoom: An invite will be sent to you in advance to the recording date. Upon joining the Zoom meeting, we will test sound, picture and audio before recording the Episode. It is recommended to install the Zoom Application vs joining in a web browser. For any questions, please review the Zoom Support Center

AUDIO

Earphones and Microphone: The Pa Pa Podcast has a “NO earbuds/AirPods” policy .

We have found that the quality of AirPods / or Bluetooth wireless earbuds with Zoom is not optimal and we would like to ensure our Guest’s sound quality is A+. Recommendations: If you do not have an existing “Pod Setup” we recommend using a Corded Headset or Earphones with noise cancellation. If you have an existing Pod Mic set up we recommend utilizing Headphones when possible.

LOCATION

When possible, please utilize a dedicated space / room with minimal background noise. Please ensure to turn off applicable notifications / device sounds. Preference: No television , radio, or music in background, but Pets are always welcome

Our Process

The Pa Pa Podcast typically goes from Record to Publish within 7 days (Target).
On Episodes where we have guest participation, we will allow for an incremental review cycle as courtesy.
As this is a part time gig for the Hosts/Producer, the below should be assumed as forecast and best efforts will be made.
The Pa Pa Podcast will reach out if there are any anticipated delays. We ask that our Guests watch/ listen to the Episode within 24 hours of receipt (please and thankyou).
The Pa Pa Podcast welcomes guests meaningful consultation and will always keep our guests in mind when editing the content with the upmost discretion, security and due diligence.
- i.e.: we record this thing people, we will edit as needed - no worries it’s not live!

Any feedback will be taken into consideration through collaboration as we publish the Episode. Our goal is to make this a fun, seamless experience for all participants

SOCIAL MEDIA

The Pa Pa Podcast utilizes the majority of Social Media platforms, but YouTube, Instagram and Twitter are our priority platforms.
We typically post a minimum 3 primary promos on Social for the Episode release.
We also send an email to viewers whom have signed up for Alerts/ Email Communications.
The edited Podcast will be posted on YouTube including the video of the recording.
On Instagram, we will ask for the opportunity to be a collaborator on 1 Post (min). It is up to the Participant if they would like to be added as a collaborator for all / more.
